Hajimete Nabe party!! Thursday

(friday night)Last night we had Bonenkai It was nice!!
I drank soo much!!
There was alot of fun games and good food too :)
Pooring drinks for other teachers is good too, gives them a chance to talk to you It was nice fianlly getting to see everyone open up.
I went to my JHS's music concert this morning too I'm trying to be like the teachers at my school, work hard play hard. Bed at 4 am at school again at 10 am!

Yes, I would say that this is an accurate assessment, because the focus is not on English production in most schools. The emphasis is on grammar and translation for the purpose of passing examinations leading to college. Recently those exams contain a listening segment so the schools are pushing for more listening comprehension. The communication gap is huge and this is where the native speaker teacher comes in to play.

Today was pretty chill.
I had my usual morning where I cannot get my ass out of bed, so I took the street car.
Then I proof read some of the elective classes essays, they are really opening up to me
and not afraid to correct mistakes so its nice :)
Between classes students rush over to me and ask me for help editing thier
papers, its adorable cuz other students come over to see what we are doing
and i guess that inspired them to not be afraid to come to me
so more and more come between classes and sometimes i'd be checking 3 papers
at once in three mins lol.
The second years are still interviewing me and intreresting things always happen there.
Haha the word successful always gets them today a girl thought i said shaku shaku lol.
Then I had lunch with some ichi nen sei they taught me some japanese haha.
Sooo adorable. I was soo hungry for lunch for once we had spagetti and vegestables.
But yes I think I'm right the baseball boys and soccer boys are the cheekiest!!
Oh and its parent teacher confrence week so i leave at 230 from thursday until tuesday :)
next week is my last week there for 3 weeks!! wow 2010 here we come!!
I walked around and found another short cut to downtown lol
its through the huge Nishijima park, really pretty art there too.

I have a 3 week vacation comming up!
I have no idea what I will do with all my time!!
I defintly want to go on a diet and start working out hardcore!!

I also want to start snowboarding..and possibly mma training??
I dont know theres so much!!

3 weeks will go by fast!! So I wanna make the most out of it!!! XD

EXPENSIVE!!!
Basically Bouenkai is a mandatory party for all the staff at the school.
Its not really mandatory but its mandatory if you know what I mean. They invite you but you are to say YES!

The teacher that speaks english the most at my school told me it means lets forget all our troubles and struggles
of the year and start a new. (I like her so much she is so sweet everytime I see her I want to give her a big hug)
So...I am very excited to get to know the teachers at my school
when they are drunk and open up to me :)

Tuesday

I dont remember anything much..
Just umm...Interviews with the students...and I came home early 430 is early to me..
trying to get to the post office but..didnt make it.
Umm...lunch with the students was fun ate in the cute PE teachers room..
Gaaah hes a cutie...I remember what he first said to me :)
It made me smile haha I guess I do crush easily, ne?? hahah!
He used to run track in high school and we talked about running track
cuz I used to run too :)
Anyway his english is very very good and we chat from time to time
I talked to one of the girls from the basketball team
and other students sitting in our lunch group
:) so fun the boys i sit by are always so shy haha
so cute!! anyway i played volley with some 3rd year girls
at lunch again outside since there was no snow
and..umm oh there was almost a schdule mixup today but we fixed it i guess
and..the 2nd years are interviewing me..and..
the ichinensei are learning past forms --ed
omg they are soo adorable i give them stickers if they get an awnser right
and they absoultely love sitckers!!
haha they freak out and everyone around them asks to see
the sticker and thier like KA WA IEEE!!
its adorable!!
i went home made a huuuuge dinner and went to slep at like 7pm didnt wake up till 8am :D

WEDNESDAY

Today was a fun day for some reason
Had a San nen sei classes thats the sooo adorable 3rd years.
I played heads up seven up with them haha
Then gave them a christmas crossword puzzle to solve first 3 winners get 2 stickers haha
they love stickers i swear!
Ate with MsO's class very intersting sat by some pervert boys i think lol
lol and the boy beside me was so funny
he is in science club and very smart kid telling me he wants to be
batman or superman in the future haha
Soo cute, I think the soccer and baseball boys are the cheekiest haha
but they make me laugh so hard!
And thers these 2 third year boys that always make me crack up
One of them is like I love english very very much!! Hahaha
The other one is like oh yes I love you, please stay here forever
and teach english haha XD They make me crack up so hard!!
There is also this 2nd year boy that says my name in the silliest ways
but his english is soo good so he cracks me up cuz hes always makeing these
faces at me!! haha also when the 2nd years were interviwing me silly face boy asked me
what is your dream? i told him i want to be successful, he said to be "SEXYFULL"
you want to be sexiful sexifull it made me and msO crack up!!
Haha omg him and his faces!! i swear japanese can make the most
insane faces..while most would see this as an inappropriate joke
i didnt and niehter did the teacher, but she did make him apologize haha
its sooo cool being called sensei.. ^___^
after school i went around to the clubs and said hello :)
and omg!! 2 of the basketball girls made me a gift!! OMG!! its sooo damn cute!!
my heart melted!! i said thank you like 10 times and told them they were so
sweet!!

Wow what a crazy week its been!
I feel like each week I climb a high mountain.
Thats the best way I can express working and adjusting to this new culture
at this moment.

Tuesday, Moss Burger, I decided one day after work I would walk to downtown, Susukino and eat a burger.
I heard Moss Burger was Japan's version of Inn and Out Burger and it was delish!!
Soo tiny though haha but stil very filling!!

Wednesday, I walked to Susukino again to pay my insurance bill at the main post office that stays open later.
I decided I didnt want to walk any further and got waffuls in Aurora town :)
I was soo happy to eat syrup :D

Thursday THANSGIVING!!
I hope everyone had a delicous meal this holiday :)
I went to Art club today soo fun! I hope to go there once a week :)
I've made so many thanksgiving demos at school haha.
The kids love saying turkey haha!
I went to the local Gajin Kick it spot for a thanksgiving party :)
Super fun! I met alot of JETS, they are so lucky!! X__X They all live in the
same building anyway they were all really friendly and warmly welcomed me into ther lil
shindig.

Now that I think about it..I didnt really think about what I'm grateful for this
year..I forgot what thanksgiving was all about since I'm outside America.
But in reality I have so much to be thankful for.

Friday...

I had an intense day.
I forgot to go to one of my classes..
Lately I wasnt doning so well.
Veryb stressed about not being home for the holidays and feeling lonely.
Eatting lots of swets to make myself feel better too.
Not good.
I just flaked...my mind has been somewhere else.
It all came pouring out too...started crying applogized to the VPrincapal and the teacher.
The bee-eye-tea-sea-eight-ch didnt even come get me when I didnt show up though...
how hard would that have been??
I know she didnt come get me to teach me a lesson. but that gives me a clear view about who she is,
who I am to her and my place at the school.
Whateverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr~
I feel alot better now that I have addressed these issues and starte excersing with the track and field club after school.
We ran from 330pm to 630pm the kids were soo damn funny
haha one of them was singing the Koneky necky nekoo song haha.
Soo adorable!! I love the students at my school.

Saturday
I was super late to meet up with my co workers...I always wait till the last moment to get ready...
Then my hair takes forever about an hour to straighten
Then my makeup takes like 15 mins...to get done...ugh...I gotta start earlier...
I'm going to start tying my hair done so I dont have to straighten it everyday...probally healtheir too X_X'

Sapporo iss sooo beautiful right now!! Its lilke Christmas land! There is a beautiful park with a HUGE Chrismas tree!!
Then there is Sapporo Illumination all around the Tower as well!! They also have a little market set up with German things.
Munich is Sapporo's sister city ^________^
We went to Jupiter the international store and they had lots of yummy things and cheaper pb and j!! YATTA!
They also are having a sale on shin noodles the god of all noodles.
After we headed to Caribe they were having a 1500 yen nomihodai/ tabehodai yess!!
So fun great atmosphere!! Drank alot and danced alot, I'm also getting closer to the reagge dancer girls here yey.

Omg also the cutest thing happend here.
I was standing by the door walking one of my friends out who had to leave for her last train,
and this Japanese Bkei dudes walk by one of them double takes but you know wer ear used to that being gajin.
He came back and was like Beyonce daisuke...something something..and then called me Beyonce-san lol!!
Soo funny!!

At the club Caribe I met this Ikeman!! OMG!!! Hansome Japanese who speaks english!
We have been texting back and forth sooo I hope we can start a frienship or something haha

After drinking and dancing at Caribe we went to Booty for more reagge and hip hop!
This night it was more on fire!! This Japanese guy was trying to kiss me haha it was the 2nd guy of the night!
He spoke a little english though so that was nice...by this time I was pretty toasted though so it was hard to fight off XD lol
There was an african american guy there!! HAHA YES!!! It was sooo awesome!!!
We were both dancing on beat and what I'm used tooo!! WAH!!

Afterwards we all went to another bar lol by this time its 5am but the party wasnt stopping haha
The bar was awesome bar across the street and the music was sooo good!!
Again with the free drinks and welcoming hehe god I love JAPAN!
I danced and danced it seems I got more energy as time wen ton haha!

Sunday
I got home at 8am and took these pics on the way :)

After sleeping from 8am - 1230 I went and metup with a fellow who has
been in Sapporo for quite a while :)
He showed me some good snowboarding shops and he showed me some really
intresting things :)
It was a great night, and I'm so happy to have met him.
Hes a nice guy. Bought some crunch bars for my elective class
I wanted to get recess but couldnt find em :(

Today we had bibinbob (rice with veggies and meat) freaking delish...with croquet and fruit coctail...omg!! always with milk gotta have milk

i ate with some ichinensei today!!

I went out last night and had a good time ^_^
We went to 3 izakayas haha trying different Japanese food.
The 2nd one we went to had guys in oldfashion Japanese yukata..so sexy!!

We are going to try to go to his friends show! Yosh!
The third Izakaya was pretty fun too, it was a girls birthday she was drinking
illegally haha, and they asked to take pictures of us the forigners lol.
We drank and drank and played drinking games it was so fun very nice japanese
and we communicated well even though we couldnt speak eachothers language very well.
so around 3am or so we all headed home.
I walked lol 45mins it was nice :) I got thinking about somethings.
I was thinking I really miss African American men.
And it made me understand why Japanese women go crazy for forigneres.
I was thinking man the first black man I meet when I go back to US..
is not gonna know what hit him haha!! XD

Some Japanese celebs came and sat behind us.

It was disturbinbing because one of them said something to me..
ahh I need to learn Japanese.
Work had been awesome. I been getting omiyage and I got a gift from the School nurse.
Her husband is a travel agent so they bought me some candy from See's aww :) Sooo sweet.
And I'm learnin Japanese slowly more and more everyday yup.
I need to start exercising becasue I'm starting to get energy dips..ahh and i want to be GENKI for the kidrens.
Since I'm getting more comforable with the kids, I want to play more games with them
in the classroom try to get some brownie points. ;) Going on week 3 at my school i have monday and tuesday off!
Haha so I'm going to get some bills paid and clean and para and try to plan my Xmas Vacation :). ! Lot to doo!

It was 20 degrees yesturday. "colder than a witches tit" as my co worker would say XD
I am not used to such cold, but I just accept it and its not bad.
Loving it as long as I'm on the go :)

I was LUCKY , BLESSED, just.. HOLY SHIT ..I'm involved in para para...
seriously.....to be in a para commercial shooting
and that was amazing gotta be one of the most memorable days of my life.
it was hard making the routines perfect when heather and i hadnt practiced together
and performing them in front of everyone inclduing DJ Yosshi San...wahh.
only way to describe this is...it was a dream come true.

The woman who did my makeup was an absolute PRO.
MAKEUP ARTIST, amazing. She has clients like Beyonce and Rhianna.
I was bowing down to her and her partner hair stylist.
Besides the 2 on makeup and hair, there was 2 on basic wardrobe,
and 2 kimono appliers. Hair and makeup started at 12 finished around 2??

There was green screen crew and camera man and woman and a whole
filming staff.. @__@ just incredable..the whole works...

I felt like a DIVA for a day....like the world I've always wanted to belong to.
Between shots the makeup artist and wardrobe would rush over and fix the slightest
thing out of place... ^*__*^ waah dreamy.

There was also a guy from the record comapny I think.. wah!!

Halloween perfect halloween.
The shooting and partying in Shibuya with all the hot ass gals
i swear im more attracted to the gyaru than the gyaru o lol
we all got aloooot of attention it was increadable!!!
I woudlnt be surprised if we found pics around.
We were stopped like 1million times!!! It was a ego boost for sure XD

then STARFIRE omg STARFIRE is amazing!!
I love the atmosphre...and of course RYUICHI..wah!
I didnt say a word to him...but I wish I did...he seemed busy and

I love everything about STARFIRE..I felt really bad cuz I fell asleep at DENNYS and

There was this seat...it was like a dream...it was soooft sooo damn soft
It was like a circular couch with a fan above it and when u sat on the couch and look up
the fan made an animation......it was sooo damn soft...it was like soft wicker...
soft and as comforting as a bed...there were already some people
sleeping on it..so i thought ohh why the hey not...XD it was 9am and my flight didnt leave till 12..
and of course i am now a pro at falling asleep anywhere...soo slept here for like...
1 hour!! XD In japan people dont care if you fall asleep anywhere it seems !!!
When I woke up and tried to checkin at 10 am..they told me that I had to wait until 1030 to check in...
Soo I looked around found a seat available... comfy ass seats again... so i fell asleep by this cutie lol

I had my first day at school yesturday!!
it went very well!!! they put me on TV in front of the whole school!!
when school was over...went by soo fast 8am -- 445pm... I was walking
around because I've always been crazy , and i mean a huuuge FAN
of how they take turns cleaning they're school, so respectful.
That one thing is my favorite thing about Japanesse culture, respect.
the definition of respect of your area, and your future.
One thing that I found extremely adorable was when the kids start cleaning
if they wanted to enter the teachers room students annouce themselves at the
door of the teachers room really loud wait for someone to say haiii to enter
they enter to grab mail or sign off on something then they annouce that they are leaving..
I was also very very interested in school clubs..I heard girls and sound of basketball shoes...followeed the sound..
the kids are adorable and the boys basket ball team calling me Beyonce lol!!

^__^ waaah im loving this culture!!!

Its been an incredible couple of days..i really am dreaming.

Lazzzy day today sat at home and ate and did para para hahaha
My luggage came today!! yey!!! so I was able to cook!
Also Hokkaido has its own dialect!!
I had noo idea :D

They say "Umaissho" instead of Oishi and "Menkoi" instead of kawaii also "Azumashikunai" for feel at ease :) alooong with many others!
Thats exciting! Wah tomorrow wont be a lazy day!! I might go to T-1 Dynamite in Sapporo :) Also meeting up with a couple A.L.Ts in the area.

OMG!!
I'm here!!
In Sapporo, Hokkido! Noo no its not cold!
Just a bit windy!!

Its beauuutiful!! Lots of pretty Japanese leaves changing color.
I had a crazy adventure getting here!

I waited to the last min to pack...as always.
Woke up at 330am started packing...finished at 430am...laid down rolled out of futon
at 5am...showered got ready...took forever...was supposed to be on train at 544 left the house at 544
I had 2 60lb suitcases..I didnt think I'd have a problem walking to the station but it was hell!! Too add it was raining!!
HAHAHA!! so funny right?? So I left half my things outside a salon, and walked to the 7 eleven.
They ship baggs so I shelled out 7000Yen to ship to Sapporo my heavy 60lb suitcase and small suitcase of shoes.
Ran back to my other thaings with my huge bag and laptop in tote XD sooo heavy.
Made it on the train at 630AM made it to the airport at 820 my flight left at 815...
BUT the nice JAL lady sayd just this one time here is a new ticket ^_^ sooo nice!!
Then I ran into some sumo wreslers that were eatting udon...wow :D
Then!! bought some omiyage and then I got on the plane and fell the f asleeep very comfy seat.
When I got off the hikookee i accidently left my omiyage in the tolireee good thing i didnt even
notice this untillll i was halfway to sapporo on the train...soo i got off the train and took a rapid back to the airport
lucky the nice japanese JR man let me not buy another ticket and i ran and talked to some information lady
whoo was super cuute and helpful. At first she sayd "sorry nothing was found" but i asked her
could i please goo look in the bathroom?? and she said ah ok! so i hauled my heavey ass luggage after her
and after recognizing where she asked a JAL lady to check and they found it! YEYY! Good thing too
because it had my JAPANESE ENGLISH dictionary which is really expensive here!!!!
Sooo I called my rendevous person again to let him know i was going to be late meeting him D :

I felt soo bad but he was really nice I finally met up with him and my loong lonng day started.

1.) Go to City hall to change address on Gajin Card
2.) Make sure address was changed at post office which is also my bank :D ahh convinent japan
3.) Go to Leopalace and make appt to get gas turned on and internet tured on
4.) Hook up internet takes 24hours to activate
5.) wait for gasman to show up
6.)get phone
2 HOURS!! YES 2 HOURS!!!
at softbank trying to get a phone!!
I dont think the girl knew what she was dong!! Basically when you get a phone they need your passport, your gajin card
and do a background check on you...geez.
7.) eat delisious miso ramen ^__^ hadnt eatten all day!!
8.) ^_____^ i got a futon set at don quixote for 5000YEN! Rang up by the hottie cashier who reminded me of ryuichii <3

TODAY!!!
I met KYOTO SENSEI!!
One of the managers came to pick me up :) (10 mins early!!! )

I also met alot of the teachers and gave them cookies for omiyage!! :D
I told my Manager I was brining Nikyoyaki but... I didnt have time to grab because my rush to get to the plane XD
Soo she told another manager so they are now expecting it X___X ahh now i have to pick it up next time!! $___$ payday is FRIDAY BABY!!
ANYWAY all the teachers were soo nice and genki!!! The science teacher was same age as me so i gave him a hi 5!! <3<3<3
On my way out I met the baseball team!! OMG!! soo genki!! Lots of Hello's and How are you?? and I'm fine thanks and you and NICE to meet you too hahaha!! sooo cuuuute!!! I'm very excited to star teaching!! I'm freaking out inside!!! Wahhh!! As we were walking to the car my manager patted me on the back almost nearly gave me a hug and said great performence!! So much energy and happiness from her so suddenly made me very happy <3 heart strings pulled. I was soo surprised because she is usally soo quiet lol and we laughed together haha! She says I'll be a great english teacher and I thanked her for saying that and told her Id do my best for her.

I dont do my formal intro until Monday!! So I am very excited!!

Its very interesting two people with no phone meeting up in freaking Akihabara!!

After we were done I washed up and dashed to the city hall around 430 to pick up my gajin card
and insurance card. it is pretty simple, but i need to stop by the post office and confirm my address.
So I can get the premium book that you fil out to pay your insurance. National Health Insurance is about 1700 a month ^_^ simple!
ahh today will be fun, im going to wander around akiba wit the gorgeous hedonists we are on a mission!!

Today (monday 19) was nice!!
I ended up going over some para and cleaning my appartment top to bottom
late in the night early in the morning. Went to bed around 4am, woke up at 1230pm.
Woke up and watched tv, ate a small small meal of potato and curry delish cheap from the box curry man!!
Its a must buy when on a tight budget!!!
Anyway after checking some emails, chatting a bit and watching a bit of tv time seemed to zoom by and
it was 3pm! So I started getting ready and doing my makeup.
While taking so me photos of my make, my laptop fell off the tv and the screen now has two big ass cracks
across its lovely plasma screen :(...So I must call DELL tomorrow by payphone X___X
Plus side is there should be a warrenty office in Tokyo :)
I cant belive I was so careless with my baby, its unreal!!!
Anyway...;____; moving on saddly...
I left home around 5 to go buy some measuring tape at daiso.
Then I headed to Ueno to meet up with Stacey!!
Ueno is beautiful! We were worried about finding a place to walk around and see nice things but Ueno was aight.
The mall in Ueno was nice!! They had alot of the stores in 109 in this mall. Also ANAP around the corner :)

I ate everything I could!! 4 plates!! I wish I ate more lol

Sapporo was beautiful!
It didnt take long to get there from tokyo!
Very effecient!
I took train to Hamamasu and a monorail to Hanadea Airport, on the plane for
an hour and a half and in Sapporo from a train in 30 mins.
Boom fast!!
Ate sushi had to eat ki ten sushi my first night in Hokkidoo!!
THE BEST SUSHI OF MY LIFE!!!
THE BEST ICE CREAM OF MY LIFE!!
The keiten sushu (sushi on a convertabelt) was soo popular
we had a 30-40 min wait!! When you walk in the sushi maker guys all say HOOY!!
It was awesome!
I got to fly over with my awesome fun fun fun boss and stay in a
really nice hotel!!
It had WARM TOLIET SEATS!!!
I FINALLY TRIED THE BUTT WASH BUTTON lol.
It wasnt as scarey as I thought!! HAHA!!
The hotel was amazing!!
I got to sleep in a bed!! I slept sooo freakin good man!
Then I came back home the next day after training.
The A.L.T.s (call them A-L-Ts not ALTS like ALT + F4 i guess only newbs call em ALTS??I was told??) from Sapporo
warmly welcomed me! There were 24 of us in Hokkido all spread out!
I'm looking forward to working with them all!
ALSO!! THERE ARE FUCKING BUTTERFINGERS IN HOKKIDOO!!

suuuwatataah -- First day as Eigo no Sensei!!

I'm tierrd as heck but I want to get this entry out of the way.
Wednesday I subbed for a teacher in Machida, which I was told is pretty close to Yokohama.
It was the best experience!!! I was nervous about taking over for a teacher, maybe they would miss
they're reglar teacher, but I really had nothing to worry about.

I had to wake up at 430 am and get on the train at 530 to make it to Machida at 745!!
It was an intresting ride I was half asleep for most of it.
The Alt, V, whom I was going to sub for for classes 2 through 6 met me at the station and took me to the school.
When I got to the school I fell in love with all the cute little kids!! OMG soo cuute!!
When you walk into the school you walk into the teacher entrantrance where you take off your outside shoes and
step onto the wood, then you put your outside shoes in a cubby and put your inside shoes on.
Pretty neat!! Then you go to the teachers room for the meeting!!

We got there around 820 and the teachers meeting started at 8am so we waited outside.
The cute woman pricipal stuck her head out the door smiled at us and told us to come in
(im guessing thats what she said she spoke japanese to the V, whom I was subing for)
In the meeting they talked about swine flu and I think something like 2-3 classes had a outbreak??
( all translated by the alt who was showing me around, she was so nice)
I dont remember exaclty...anyway everyone was pretty shy but some looked at me and asked why I was
there soo I smiled at everyone and said Helloo or Ohayoo Gozimasu. They warmed up a bit
after that I think.

So the plan was V the teacher who usually has the class taught the first period 5th graders and I
watched because what she did I would be doing all day!! Crazy!!!
I was so nervous thinking can I really do what she is doing?? The kids wer really resposnive!
After the class was over she told me that the two classes of fourth grades did not know all
the matieral yet so i would have to teach them, i freaked out a bit in my head but smiled and nodded.

Basically, I did what I learned at training which was smile, be warm
and friendly and make them speck english!!! It was a success!!
When I introduced myself for V`s class I told them I was from Seattle,
I also told them Ichiroo who plays for Seattle Mariners while
doing the pose that is so famous by Ichiroo like shooting an arrow or aiming.
One of the kids said hey ichiro does it with the other side (V translated for me)
lol!! I thought it was adorable and laughed.

and im freaking tierd so i'll stop here and update later lol
im leaving for Sapporo for the weekend tomorrow at 5pm and i'll be back satruday!

-- PART 2!! (thanks for the helpful encouragment guys i love you)

So my first solo lesson I was pretty nervous!!
I followed her lesson plan and things went pretty smoothly.
I added a couple games into the lesson to make things a bit more fun as I went along.
The kids were so sweet and a couple of them helped me pack up my things to take
to the next class room they were soo sweet, a group of them stood in front of the materials
and books organizing and stacking things!!

Umm lets see what else oh the 5th grades were soo cute, I showed the two fith grade
classes my year book and two of the girls said in english `ah cute you are cute` nodding very seriously lol!

By the time I got to my last two classes of 4th grades I felt warmed up and ready!
( oh yeah by the way i taught 3 5th grade classes and 3 4th grade classes)
When we sang halloween songs I pretended to be a ghost and ran around the desksmaking
werid faces lol!!

I taught them fruit names and made them play a game where i gave each
of them differnt fruit and some fake american money.
They got so excited when I haded them the fake cash!
So cute!! Then I made a key on the board with the fruit hung up with a price by it.
The kid would point to the fruit and ask their partner how much is this?
The partner would look at the key on the board and say 2 dollars or 3 dollars whatever i wrote.
Then I went around and made sure they understood and had the chance to give a try.
I tried to praise each kid!!

Then omg they went crazy for this one!
I told them lets play a game and they cheered and stood up.
Then it was perfect how the desks were partnered and in rows.
Each row was a different fruit. APPLE, Banana, Melon, Starberry, Grape and Apple.
After I assigned each row a fruit I squated down in front of the apple row and said apple
and as I said apple i stood up and waved my arms over my head.
I did that for each row lol! the kids loved and and were cracking up.
They all sqauted down behind their desks and I said 3, 2, 1 ACTIon!!!
Then pointed to the apple the apple group stood up and waved thier arms screaming apple!!
Then i pointed to the melon and melon group stood up, then I went crazy with it pointing all over
making them all squat and stand squat and stand so fun to watch lol.
we played this game for 5 to 10 mins I had voulteers come up from the class
and point to different fruit and also asked the sensei to help.

Went really well!!
At the end of the class I let them ask questions to me in english opefully.
But mostly the Japanese English teacher translated for me.
One of the fith graders came up to me and asked me if I like penis!!
While they were asking in one of the classes I noticed a group of boys whispering
and laughing to eachother one of the boys raised his hand from the whispering laughing
group so i was very curious and called on him.
His friends were watching with anticipation lol
He quicky said iie iee, and his friends all laughed I thought he was just shy to speak.
The girls asked me cute questions like favorite food, which i said a donbori in one class
and sushi in the next, chocolate in the other lol. They asked me my blood type which I dont know..
So anyway at the end of the class with the whispering boy when the group of kids started
organizing my stuff the boy came up to me with his friends and said...

DO YOU LIKE PENUS??

I laughed and so did all the group of friend around him and they prentended to hit him
on the head and I said thats bad bad bad!! But smiled and his friends dragged him away.

At the end of the day some of the kids lined up and asked me for my autograph
I didnt know what say!! I just said OK in the end XD It was quite the experience!!
After classes were over we ate lunch!!

My favorite experience of the day!
The kids got into groups and rolled carts of food down to the rooms.
They were dressed in doctor like outfits, white coats and the mouth wrap thing.
I ate with the first class V taught and lucky one of the 5th grade girls who spoke good
english sat by me <3<3<3!!! So many cute little things happend during
this hour long or how ever long lunch period it was!! The girls were asking me
questions and the boy who told me I posed wrong for ichiroo kept saying things to me
I just nodded and smiled haha.

At the very end I gave each teacher I taught with a cookie with a thank you note and
picture ( of sailor moon with an afro lol)

All and all it was amazing experience!
I`m blessed and happy to be here in Japan.
I look forward to teaching Middle School in Sapporo!!

Also that night the Japanese family with the Sumo son invited us over again.
We kept refusing but Mamasan made us a wonder ful dinner!!
With KAKI fruit for dessert!!
I am in love with the KAKI!!
Dont be fooled it looks like an orange tomato but tatste like heaven!! ;)

Its been an interesting couple of days!
Today / Yesturday (Monday) my co worker Kerian and I were invited into a random nice nice nice Japanese home.
They spoke really good english and the youngest son of the house was a Sumo wresetler! ^-^ Love Sumo!!
The man of the house works for the tallest building in Japan he does some water work or something.
They were really really sweet <3<3

Umm the other day (sunday) I met the man of my dreams.
And um...It was completly unreal, I keep going through every word of our 10 second converstaion in my head @__@
Also umm...been practicing more para..and ... trailing off into dreammy land
And...I wish I could live that moment over and over and over....

9LoveJ event was packed !! And I had my first lesson experience, some of the people in the back were pretty
loud and I was pretty surprised how loud Japanese can be at resturants and while drinking after somehow having
this steryotype in my head about Japanese always being kind and quiet etc...and for the first time ever
I saw a tiny adorable japanese girl push her boyfriend and yell at him XD I had the chance to meet one of the pretty pretty pretty girls
from the DVD lessons its so unreal..god..and we chatted for a bit and her and the other girl at the front desk groped my
tits for a while in disbelive XD I tried to grab their boobies but they wouldnt let meee!!!

It was a fun night lots of people and pretty gal eyecandy @___@
Ohh and I went into 109-2 for the first time!! Holy shit hottess on parade!!

It was pretty neat I guess.
Watching it on the news progress real time as the rain was beating on my window and the wind blowing
everything around outside was quite the experience.

Anyway just chilled at home today had a paid day off because the lovely typhoon wanted to swing through.
I woke up at 12 watched dramas and chatted til 430 went on a nice run where I passed some middle school girls.
Soo cute!! They giggled as I ran by, and they asked me in unison, Halloo, How are you!?? I replied I'm good, how are you??
I'm fine thank you, they said and giggled aww I mean Ive heard this over and over from my other alt friends
but it was my first experience with it ^__^

After a run and an hour of yoga I'm back to sitting around X___X what a lazzy day.
Adam told me I could stop by and play Mirrors Edge but I dont really like walkin to the other appartment
complex in the pitch black.

I'm going to try and only spend 200$ for the rest of the month??!
I wonder how realistic that is??

Moving into an appartment in Japan

Soo I'm moving to Sapporo late October.
How apartments work in Japan, if you are not Japanese....its quite shitty... from word of mouth of my company, friends, other ALTS,
and reasearch, Japanese landlords do not want to rent to forigners.
So I'm going with the appartments my company have setup for me which is at the famous Leopalace appartments.
The suck part is you have to pay them upfront KEY MONEY.
Key money is money they make you pay as a gift for being allowed to live on the property. Pretty shit right??
You give them about 400-500$ and they dont give it back to you.
Fuckers...anyway After paying Key Money, Cleaning Deposit, and 3 months rent your golden.
One day I will actually have money, One day I will actually have money One fiiine day..I will actually have money X___X
